Little Hitler
by Michael Dare
I. A Terminator is sent back in time to kill Adolph Hitler,
but he misses his mark. He overshoots the correct date and ends up years
earlier. Hitler is an adorable three-year-old baby who giggles when poked.
A. He is about to kill the baby in his crib when
the parents come in. He shoots the father and convinces the mother to let
him take his place. He raises the child himself, instilling within him
his own idealistic values, treating him to a childhood full of love instead
of hate.
1. He changes Hitler's bad genius into good genius and
Hitler conquers the world another way, with something healing, something
positive, something that was personally ingrained into him by his new father,
a sense of ethics and values common to his own.
2. He becomes Adolph Hitler anyway because it was his
destiny and nothing could have stopped it. His new
father's personal values are corrupt. Everything would have been fine,
WWII would have been averted, if only he had been raised by his real father.
B. He decides to kill the baby but accidentally shoots the
parents. He's arrested, his time machine is taken away, and he spends the
rest of his life in a German prison till he's executed by guess who.
C. He lets the baby live and takes him back to the present
to raise on his own. He has a problem trying to explain to his friends
where the baby came from, since he can't tell them it's Adolph Hitler.
Also, he finds that he has changed history in a different way than he planned.
World War II still happened, but without Germany. He is in an alternate
future where Stalin took over the world.
1. He ends up raising little Adolph to be the real Hitler
to fight the reigning Stalinist regime.
2. He goes back in time to kill himself before he has
the chance to kidnap the baby.
D. The time machine malfunctions. He spends eternity trapped
in a small pulsating time warp cubicle with Adolph Hitler.
